All returned merchandise requires a locksmithsdepot Return Merchandise Authorization Label/RMA; merchandise without an approved return label will be returned to sender. locksmithsdepot is not liable for any returned merchandise without an approved RMA label.

please check your package and the items you received immediately after you receive it and let us know if there are any damaged/missing items.

returns are accepted (upon approval) within 30 days after delivery of goods.

In case you need to exchange return any item purchased from us, please give us a call and we can provide you with the necessary information to do so.

20% restocking fee may apply to open packages.

Used items are NOT returnable.

if you have a warranty inquiry, please communicate directly with the manufacturer or the product. we will do our best to help, but factory warranty should be directly with them.
